Camp registration: camper name, date of birth and camp choices, plus parent or guardian name, email and phone number.

Waivers: participant names, dates of birth, signatures, email and phone number.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to you, manage registrations and bookings, keep required waiver records and send confirmations. We do not sell or rent your information.

Payments

Camp payments are processed securely by Stripe. Card numbers go directly to Stripe and are never stored by Arena 41 Sports.

Trusted partners

Some services are provided by partners with their own privacy policies: Stripe (payments), Smartwaiver (official waivers), CatchCorner (field bookings) and Instagram (embedded videos).

Cookies and browser storage

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser remembers accessibility choices (such as text size) on your device only. Stripe may set essential security cookies during checkout.

Children's privacy

Information about youth players is provided by a parent or guardian and used only to run camps, training and events safely.

Keeping your information safe

Submissions are stored privately with restricted access. You may ask us to review, correct or delete your information at any time.
